Keynote Speaker Ray Biondo Discusses Crisis Management at Armor CAB Meeting

Chicago, Illinois —Ray Biondo, CISO of BEYOND HC LLC, is keynote speaker at the Customer Advisory Board meeting at Armor Thursday, September 28th, 2017 in Richardson, Texas. BEYOND HC LLC, is a woman-owned HITRUST CSF Assessor Organization that provides readiness, certification, and remediation services for healthcare organizations and their business associates.

Biondo joined BEYOND HC LLC a year ago from Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) where he was Divisional Senior Vice President and CISO. HCSC is the largest customer-owned health insurance company in the United States and the fourth largest health insurer in the US overall. Biondo brings over 30 years of senior IT executive experience.  As CIO and VP, he’s worked in the insurance/reinsurance, healthcare payer and provider, and legal and financial industries.

BEYOND HC LLC is both a channel partner of Armor and a reseller of Armor services. Armor is a managed cloud security firm delivering numerous products such as Armor Anywhere that protects companies’ IT systems. Biondo will focus his speech on Crisis Management, which includes activities and processes that help managers as well as employees to analyze and understand events that might lead to crisis and uncertainty in the organization.  “There is a need to help organizations address the challenges they face aligning business process with information technology and security—to show how to take full advantage of new digital tools and resources through best practices,” says Biondo.
